We are excited to announce the launch of a brand new ministry at St. John's titled "Faith & Life: Common Grace for the Common Good". Rooted in the reformer Abraham Kuyper's well-known quote, "There is not a square inch in the whole domain of our human existence over which Christ, who is Sovereign over all, does not cry: 'Mine!;", the Faith & Life ministry aspires to be a ministry to both those who are in the church, and those who are not. 

The vision for Faith & Life is to address, one-by-one, the many spheres of life; topics including culture, vocation, politics, sexuality, education, economics, science, art, community, psychology, racial reconciliation and more, from a Christian perspective while providing the space to ask questions of purpose, belonging, value, and telos of each of our lives, relationships, and identities.

These gatherings will be held as community events (so invite your neighbors, friends, believers and non-believers, and anyone God lays on your heart!), on the third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 7PM. We will have an expert in the sphere of life that we will be addressing that month starting with a 45-60 minute interview/talk on the topic for the month, followed by 15-30 minutes of Q&A with the audience.

Our first topic will be "Missional Living - Being the Hands and Feet of Jesus", and will take place on this coming Wednesday, January 20. Our experts for this topic will be our very own international missionaries, Luke and Anna Stuart. If you would like to learn about living missionally where you are at, and hear more about the upcoming missional journey the Stuart's will be embarking on in the next month or two, please join us at 7PM at St. John's Anglican Church.
